Can vendors submit documents through WoodsPortal?

Yes. Configure permitted file submission against a supplier or onboarding request. Uploaded documents remain associated with the appropriate record.

Can suppliers edit their company information?

Yes. Authorized suppliers can update selected Company or Contact fields according to the permissions you configure.

Can vendors track onboarding status?

Yes. Show approved request stages and outstanding actions from the related HubSpot records.

Can supplier representatives have different permissions?

Yes. Configure representative and manager roles, and restrict access by vendor organization and relevant record.

Can onboarding connect to our internal review process?

Yes. Portal submissions and updates can feed your configured HubSpot records and workflows. Your internal team controls review and approval decisions.

Can we onboard unlimited vendor users?

Yes. Every WoodsPortal plan includes unlimited internal and external portal users. Monthly usage credits are separate; paid HubSpot CRM seats are not included.
