Can we include custom objects and nested relationships?

Yes. Bring supported standard and custom HubSpot objects together, including nested relationships between projects, tickets and other records.

How is each customer's access controlled?

Configure roles and record-level permissions using contact and organization context. Authorized managers can access broader company-level views.

Do external customers need paid HubSpot CRM seats?

External WoodsPortal users do not require standard paid internal HubSpot CRM seats. Your team continues managing the work in HubSpot.

Where are customer files stored?

WoodsPortal uses HubSpot File Manager. Share selected folders and documents from dashboards or within relevant records.

Can we customize the portal and connect workflows?
